Shipping & Returns

Large orders may be subject to delay. We will always let you know the estimated time for order completion. If you do not like an item purchased from our online catalogue, for whatever reason, return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date together with the original packaging in 'Saleable Condition' and we will either exchange the item or give you a full refund.

We post all our items using Royal Mail (Parcelforce) to all areas of the World. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout proceedure. 

We make every effort to describe products accurately. While we cannot accept liability for errors or if slight variations in the actual goods occur, we will provide a full refund if you are dissatisfied. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage or delivery.

Goods that are received damaged must be reported to us within 7 days. We will either exchange them or provide a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer .
